Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

Hi @Jynx - what a day,
quite scared to sleep so I’m sleeping in little blocks.
I had to call a ambulance at 3am the morning because of my heart, it was so scary, they said I’m alright but yeah I’m very nervous

@Fluttershy1 I'm so glad you're alright, that would have been super scary! Little blocks of sleep is better than no sleep at all. It's like you're riding the nap train haha. Did they say anything else about what might be going on for your heart? Do you have GP checkups or anything soon?

They aren’t sure @Jynx, but im on high alert, im sleeping in blocks getting up and moving around then heading back to sleep. I have never been so scared. My blood sugar level was low aswell which concerned them so I had to have a tube of glucose.
why are people so judgemental in families

Family can be really tough, hun. We don't have to let them define us.
