Hey @Fluttershy1
Sorry you are feeling that way.
I try and break up feeling alone and lost separately.
Learning to come to terms with my aloneness has been a life long process. I am getting used to it and been doing a lot of work on social and interpersonal stuff. Sometimes I enjoy my aloneness and can Celebrate it. Eg I saw articles about people spending christmas alone, which is a trigger for and for many. How do you feel about? Do you have anything planned?
Feeling lost, has shifted a lot for me. I often feel lost in a crowd, but been working on that too. For a long time I have been catching the train going into the city at nights for various rehearsals and things and going against the flow of the all the workers in peak hour. It gave me a funny sense of assurance. They were doing the right thing. I was doing the right thing, but going against the flow, walking alongside the wall... or whatever was appropriate.
Just sharing examples and ways I have dealt with things as conversational. Your path through being lost is unique to you and your values and needs. Take care
