Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

I've been learning to let myself sleep if i am tired. I am told that it allows your nerves to recover and can be a means of self care.

Hey @outlander @Snowie @Kyle1 @Shaz51 @tyme - I feel lost and alone was in hospital again on Thursday for my MH, things are abit everywhere with me at the moment, I’m trying to be strong but sometimes that’s harder than expected

I’ve been home for abit now, went in Thursday came out that night, I was extremely distressed. Still not great though @tyme
