Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

Good morning @Snowie @outlander @Shaz51 @tyme @Kyle1 - feeling tired today but got a lot to do today. Got a psychologist appointment and also meeting with my coordinator the morning and then have a support worker this afternoon into the evening
