Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

I find sometimes sensory things help me @Fluttershy1
Can you cuddle something, or hold some ice in your hand, or even have some ice cream. I find sometimes the cold helps.
