Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

Idk @Snowie - therapy was hard yesterday, I feel alone and not myself, I’m trying so hard not to switch into an alter while my mother is here, that’s not helping either……
I dug into some hard stuff yesterday with the therapist so yeah.
trigged and overwhelmed and also not feeling good enough.

You all have very keen eyes. I don't think I even look at it!
Just so you know, i DON'T have a new role. It's an IT issue that hasn't been resolved as yet. I've escalated for the role to be removed, but I guess there are competing priorities at the moment.
I'll tell you if it happens, but for now, I'm just satisfied just hanging out with you all.
How are your pets going?

Therapy is sometimes really hard @Fluttershy1 especially when we dig into hard things.
It is also hard when we have to put that mask on around other people.

I've just been out to see a live act. It was told it was two piece cello show, but actually it was a quartet, playing gypsy jazz!

@tyme - my pets are good, i mad my bunnies dried out apple, pear and carrot.
