Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

Some days are just a write off @Fluttershy1 and that is ok. We all have those days at times.
Reaching out can be hard at times. I struggle with it too. I get scared that someone will end up at my front door.
Do what you think is right for you. Perhaps today can be a write off day. Pj's, couch, tv sounds good to me.

I am going out for tea with some family we haven't seen for awhile soon. Don't really like going out but at least I can come when I have had enough.
