So I literally just joined about two seconds ago after my dad showed me this and said it might be good for me and I was having a mental breakdown so I said fuck it and so here I am, I’m having a shit time at the moment and I have no one who understands me anymore and my case manager can’t talk to me me because where I got her from shut down in late December so I’m now missing the fuck out of her and don’t know what to do in life because I don’t have her to give me good advice

Hey @ajade_482 welcome to the forums! I'm sorry to hear things are hard right now. It can be really difficult when support people move on from jobs. Do you have any other supports? Do you call helplines?

I would encourage you to have a look at the SANE guided service as this may be a service that can support you until you are able to access a new case manager. You can also call the SANE drop in line if you would like to speak to a counsellor. If things escalate I would urge you to call crisis support.

I hope you find this to be a supportive space, you're certainly not alone and there are lots of people here, who feel the same.

Unfortunately your story is not suprising. Sorry to say... the MH system is really broken in some areas.

Sometimes peer support can be a saving grace, though.
