@Former-Member
we are here for you anytime. xxoo
You know I still feel like you and I've had 5 yrs of therapy. I am about to see my new psychologist and i am a bit nervous about her. Not knowing what she's like, what she'll say to me and what our sessions will be like. But i have to try.
Keep going @Former-Member, it does take time but you will get through. I really hope that tomorrow is a better day for you.
@Appleblossomsorry to hear about your neck, hope you feel better soon. Yeah i know all too well about calling the CAT team. I've had some great people to chat to but unfortunately I had a terrible guy yesterday and he has hurt me by what he said to the pont that now i am scared to call them again. i hope you're okay.
Take care @Former-Member and @Appleblossom xxxooo

@Former-Member 6 months is not a lot of time in therapy. Go easy on your expectations of yourself.
I wont have a competition, but am long in tooth and I started in 1984 ... on & off .. it takes what it takes.

I feel 100%what you feel@Teeg,feel like I'm in a hole,cant get out.Made myself go for a walk today and a letter from centrelink was in the mailbox.It was old a week or so therefore one of the neighbours had it in their mailbox.I am so paranoid about gossip and my privacy.I didn't need this and was distressed all the way on my walk.I have a phone assessment on Friday with centrelink because of the medical certificates I have put in and they want to assess me for job search.I can't handle this,where I live there aren't 20 jobs a month to look for and I have a severe depression since March.I am worried if they put pressure on me it will make me do it,because I can no longer or will put myself through it.I know I can't do it anymore and have been battling severe suicidal thoughts for months.I have been applying for jobs that do come up but it's been Hopeless.I am not in a good place ,don't think I ever will be.I feel like I am slipping away a bit more each day and I am to be honest worried.I don't need any more external stressors,I am battling with my internal ones.
