Saddest Day Of My Life

Saddest Day Of My Life

Hello Everyone,

I don't know what you say. I don't know what anyone can say back.

All I wanted to do is write. And maybe a voice or sign will tell me I'm not alone & everything is going to be ok.

Even I know that's not the truth anymore.

If it was going to be ok - it already would have by now. I can't say I didn't give more than everything I had.

I don't want to share the boring details. A story of sadness.

I'm shattered, embarrassed, ashamed to be me. Stupid for believing I would be finally be ok.

I built up all this momentum. I felt so undeniably sure of things. Then, to my total shock, the rug was so sharply & brutally pulled out from under me.

This was the furthest I've ever got.

I am 'safe' .

I don't ever want to try again.

I'm tired. I'm offended, rights abused, no one.

Confused. Lost all my confidence. Lost all my new friends I was making. Lost my happiness.

There was nothing different I could have done. I didn't do anything wrong at all. I feel like I did. I'm feel like it's all my fault. I should not have been brave ,& assured. I should not have assumed without verbal clarity. But I didn't need verbal clarity. I knew. I still know. I don't understand at all.

My heart is broken in a million pieces.

I tried so hard.

I saw all the light I needed & more.

I stepped into the light, knowing it was truth.

Now I'm in black.

I don't know why. I don't understand what happened.

I don't need any more life lessons. I don't need any of this.

I am good person.

I don't even think I want people anymore.

I never deserved this.

It makes me so sad, so lonely.

I don't know what I'm going to do with myself now, anymore.

I felt so happy my life was finally moving forward at a rapid rate. Don't things for me.

Learning to trust & let others in.

Having fun. Being me.

How can the world be more than my best friend in one moment. And turn around & be so cruel.

I don't know what to do anymore.

It's never going to change.

I don't want to be anything anymore.

I don't want to believe in friendship because they can't be trusted they don't help me. They are here only to hurt me.

They are pretend. They take me a magical place. I finally feel loved & cared for & then they treat me like trash for no reason.

I have been asking God & the universe for help for so long. It happens, & I believe im special, heard & seen. It's everything I ever wanted. The only thing I truly need.

I don't understand, why, suddenly, it is taken away.

Sorry.

Re: Saddest Day Of My Life

Hi @StanD ,

Sometimes, it's good to wait, and at other times, it's good to check-in on others.

It's hard to tell when we don't know the person/people.

Main thing to consider is, what is the purpose of you calling? Is it to check-in on them and say hello, or are you contacting them to support you?

If it's to check-in with them, it's probably good to call them once in a while or leave a message.

If it's for them to support you, then it's probably better to send a text first to let them know you are feeling like you need a bit of company. It's then their choice as to whether they contact you.

Hope this makes sense.

Re: Saddest Day Of My Life

Oh, this is good advice @tyme thankyou.

Yes, I will say I'm needing support.

Although I did this last night with other friend & no call back.

That's what makes me feel, I'm asking too much to simply to try all on phone. I find it so difficult & confusing.

And then if I don't hear back.

I will feel sad & rejected, and I will assume other person is not capable of giving me attention in this moment.

Whatever. I will text & see.

It would be good to have friends.

Re: Saddest Day Of My Life

For me, I don't even answer calls unless I know what the call is about. I prefer a text message first. @StanD

Re: Saddest Day Of My Life

If I were to phone someone, I always message them first and ask if it's okay to call. If not, is there a better time. Otherwise, I just converse via text. @StanD . I guess it's about what others are comfortable with.

Re: Saddest Day Of My Life

Hello there @StanD ! How are you doing? If you ever feel like you're stuck in your thoughts and finding it hard to break free, you're not alone. Many people experience this from time to time. It can be overwhelming and create a sense of suffering.

One technique that may be helpful is to spend some time outdoors in a place where you can feel the wind and see the sky. Try closing your eyes and imagine that you are flying, looking down on yourself from above. Observe yourself and how you're feeling, as though you're an outside observer. Allow yourself to move freely and explore your surroundings as if you're not limited by your body.

At times, stress can arise from feeling trapped in our own thoughts. The exercise of imagining yourself floating above the ground can offer a sense of freedom and allow your mind to escape to wherever it wants to go. It may provide a feeling of release and relaxation as you let go of any worries or concerns and simply float in the air.

Sometimes, people can experience feelings of anger or depression when they perceive the world as suppressing or holding them back. These emotions can lead to stress and mental fatigue, making it difficult to feel a sense of freedom. Engaging in visualization exercises that allow the mind to wander freely can provide some relief from these burdens. By observing oneself from a detached perspective, one may gain a greater understanding of their thoughts and emotions, potentially leading to increased clarity and mental organization.

Re: Saddest Day Of My Life

I'm truly sorry @StanD. There are times when we just don't know what to say. I wanted to support you. but without knowing your 'story' it is difficult to know what to say.

As for me, I avoid telling 'my story' as much as possible these days. I have been doing that for far too long, and all it does is send me off on another circuit of my ferret wheel. I don't want to go there anymore. I've been trying to move on, but can't find a way to.

I can see life is throwing everything at you at the moment. I can't make it go away for you. I wish I could. I can only say that I know how you feel—or I imagine that I do. I guess it has been going on for a while and has just built up to this point, and it's overwhelming you?

Breathe, relax, step outside into the fresh air, go for a walk. Amazing how little such advice helps on these occasions, isn't it? Sometimes it's all we've got.

Re: Saddest Day Of My Life

Thanks @EmpoweredPath @tyme @Historylover

Thanks for caring enough to respond. It's all I can make sense of now.

Last night I had to a terrible experience. I'm not sure if I can talk about it here. It has deeply traumatised me. I can't make any sense of it. I can't even say if it was good or bad. I know I never want to go through that again. It was a big shock. I was very fearful & had no say in what was happening.

I don't think I can say any more than that.

The people I had to deal with be all seemed very kind, & patient & mostly attentive to me. Although I was in an upsetting & terrifying situation. The people were kind??

I can't make sense of it.

It makes me feel terrible. I don't understand things. I don't understand if people are my friend or not.

I am hurt & confused.

I want easy. I don't want any of this.

Completely overwhelmed. I need help. I need to trust. This is too much. I don't want any of it. I don't understand. I want my life back. I don't want this.

Am 'safe'. Take meds & go to sleep now.

Re: Saddest Day Of My Life

I hope you were able to get some sleep last night, @StanD. All I can say is to take things slowly today, and begin trying to work things out one thing at a time. Slowly. I'm sorry that I don't have any wonderful words of wisdom, @StanD, but I'm on my own difficult path.

For what it's worth, @StanD, I haven't found anyone in the real world who I could regard as a friend. It's a lonely road, but necessary for my self-preservation—and it's not paranoia, it's just a very sad reality.

Re: Saddest Day Of My Life

@Historylover I want to write to you. Slowly.

Re: Saddest Day Of My Life

I don't have anyone in my real life either @Historylover I want to. I want an easy friend. A person I trust, I don't have to explain myself, or feel confused.

My animals, all animals - nature is easy. They love me. Consistent. I never get scared.

I had a great sleep last night. Overdue.

Anxiety, fear is here.

I understand self preservation.

I think it's what I'm seeking.

Reliant on environment, too.

A rainforest.

A war.

People are animals.

Why are humans so difficult?

Paranoia / sad realities.

I don't want either.

Kindness, connection, gentle, knowing, calm, quiet, peace. Gentle vibes.

Always.

Love.
