I have so much going on right now, with work, family, health etc. and I'm at a loss as how to handle it these days. I'm tired. I have been up to the hospital multiple times in the last week for stuff but I don't know what else to do.. for others and me..

I quit my job, I'm having seizures more than ever, I'm impacting and burdening other people's lives... I'm done. I've tried reaching out.. I failed.. I'm too tired to try anymore sorry
