I have so much going on right now, with work, family, health etc. and I'm at a loss as how to handle it these days. I'm tired. I have been up to the hospital multiple times in the last week for stuff but I don't know what else to do.. for others and me..

I have tried lifeline, suicide call back line and acute care team... Nothing helps I don't know what else to do... I don't know anymore
