I have so much going on right now, with work, family, health etc. and I'm at a loss as how to handle it these days. I'm tired. I have been up to the hospital multiple times in the last week for stuff but I don't know what else to do.. for others and me..

i took this photo the day my best friend died of cancer back in 2021. We both endeavoured to do this waterfall walk together as she had never seen it, but we never got to before she passed .. so I did it for her the day she passed.
