I am trying really hard to ignore the thoughts but it is getting harder each day. I don’t know how to explain the thoughts very well but it is mostly to do with being scared of my treatment team and what they are planning to do to me. Idk it is really hard to explain like I just keep thinking that they are going to hurt me and that they have been getting into my head to try and control me and some other really scary things I can’t mention on here. And I keep thinking they aren’t even real people like maybe they are these demon creatures that have been following me for a long time who want something from me that I can’t say on here and ugh I just I am trying to ignore it all but I keep getting freaked out by it all.
@Former-Member i have tried them before but not in a long time i will consider calling again but i am struggling to talk and find the right words so idk we will see what happens. but yeah i will think about it.

Hi @Eden1919 ,
You have been very brave. I can only begin to imagine what it would be like in your shoes.
I just want you to know I care and I am thinking of you.
Please take care.

Re: Trying to ignore it
I am struggling tonight I had my support worker come and now I am just really suspicious of her intentions like she just kept asking about meds and uni over and over again and now I am like well who does she really work for and idk I am just really freaked out and I am trying really hard to manage but I am falling behind on everything and I want to cry all the time and I am constantly exhausted and everything is too much. I just don’t know what to do anymore I can’t manage even basic things and then earlier I was hearing stuff and idk I am just really confused and tired.
