@EternalFlower hello my friend. Hope you are just drifting with the current. Yes I have recently been able to enjoy reading too. I still do it through my head phones though. Audio books. I used to suffer sensory overload because farm life can be a lot more noisy than the city, Way to many animals and the house and me are the known food source.

Now music, T V radio and books movies all come through a good set of " comfortable headphones' , and I'm back in control now.

I hate being practical, Much rather tell stories, but that was the hidden message in last nights letter. . . . developing strategies. And if I'm sleeping any where other than my underground basement then, good ear plugs.

This may not be any help but is a small example of working a problem till you beat it.

I am irritable today. It's rare and goes against my nature. It's extremely uncomfortable. I'm snapping at anyone who gets in my space. Does anyone else ever find fluctuations in your brain sometimes take you a long way away from your usual mental stomping grounds? I'm a lover and a fighter but I would normally not fight unless sorely provoked. Today I'm annoyed at anyone who comes near me. Normally I would want to listen. Today I just want silence. Not from you guys, I will not lash out, don't worry. Just people in my personal space. It's been awkward and horrible. I don't feel like me.

Perhaps I need to invest in a good pair of headphones and take a break from the world. Or go for a drive. Anyway. Just wanted to tell somebody.

You all have brains like poets, I hope some of your words can give me a way to integrate today.

@hanami it's disgusting but plant babies won't take care of themselves! They need feeding and cuddling just like the human ones

And I'm sure those gorgeous plant babies appreciate your dedication! How is your job going?

Hi @LeChuck I do relate to having that moment where you want space from everyone...it's hard to feel like people understand and sometimes it's just so much effort...

It can be that sometimes we just need that space.

The greenhouse sounds so hot but maybe the plant babies are happy which is beautiful to see. Nuturing and keeping them alive so giving and caring
