Wow thanks @Former-Member! I was just following along with the thread. How are you lovely lady? Are you exercising still and how is your Earthing mat? My skin looks amazing now with earthing and I have trimmed right down. I really surprised myself! My tummy is almost gone. I think you will like what it can do for you. Today am just having a gentle day. Have been cleansing and charging my crystals with sound frequencies! I used to bathe them in salt water and put them out under a new/full moon but this is more efficient. I can't remember if you were into crystals or not but will put it here for other people.

Can't believe this wintery weather we have been having down here such a cold snap. I'm having a gentle quite day too. Feeling pretty reclusive ATM.

I only have a few crystals. Pleased to hear you are enjoying yours so much.

My weight loss is going well.

However haven't met my required weight as set by my GP, but nearly half way there.

Don't think I could have got this far without the earthing mat reducing inflammation.
