Piecing the shattered glass together

Piecing the shattered glass together

I decided to start a new thread, my new chapter in my life is going to focus on healing my traumas, building resilience and self-worth and taking the steps of achieving mood stability. I am praying this year will be better than the last. Last year the SI got really intense, was so close to losing hope and I felt like my heart was breaking into a million pieces like shattered glass. It all still feels overwhelming, I have a long way to go on my healing journey, but I think I'm starting to feel a bit more hopeful about the future.

Let yourself @creative_writer ! Bed's my best friend today too! I have a headache so I just stayed in bed.

I'm feeling better now though.

I just went downstairs for a bit, and then retreated again.

Hi @tyme

This is TMI but I think I have a UTI and not sure what to do because of the public holiday and if I should go to ED.

How are you?

@tyme, feeling rather headachy myself too. I hope you feel better soon 💖

@Birdofparadise8, that’s not good, I hope it settles soon. It’s always hard with public holidays and health services. Some GPs do work on public holidays, that’s an option too.

None in my area seem to be open and I can’t go to the chemist to get ural @creative_writer

@Kyle1, it’s not good, but I have no energy. But at least I smell nice 🤭. I’m obsessed with perfumes too and use them everyday. Sort of lifts the mood and brings me to the present.
