I decided to start a new thread, my new chapter in my life is going to focus on healing my traumas, building resilience and self-worth and taking the steps of achieving mood stability. I am praying this year will be better than the last. Last year the SI got really intense, was so close to losing hope and I felt like my heart was breaking into a million pieces like shattered glass. It all still feels overwhelming, I have a long way to go on my healing journey, but I think I'm starting to feel a bit more hopeful about the future.

@tyme, I hope you feel better soon 💖🫂. I haven’t planned much, I need to regain my energy, migraine +depression mode right now. Do you have much planned?
@Birdofparadise8, not great, but that’s just life. Do you have anything exciting planned for Easter?

Re: Piecing the shattered glass together
I’m sorry @creative_writer.
I have work again tomorrow and Saturday I’m going to look at some apartments. My parents and I might do a co ownership so I can get something that’s new for the home owners grant and then they can stay when the come over. Basically they will be my bank for the mortgage. Lost of study and meal prep.
What about yourself?

@Birdofparadise8, I hope work and apartment searching goes well.
I don’t have much planned, I have assignments to start, also need to get out of this self deprecating cycle. I had to do something really hard today 😢, I haven’t been this bad for a while.

Re: Piecing the shattered glass together
@Birdofparadise8, resisting SI urges when you have the means. I was out, I had it all with me, I could’ve done it, but didn’t. I need to really get out of this cycle before it leads me down the rabbit hole.

Re: Piecing the shattered glass together
@Birdofparadise8, my sister was finishing her class soon, so had to hold just a bit longer. Took a bit of a walk too around as well, which kept me a bit distracted. Navigating places in the city and university can take so much brain power.
