I decided to start a new thread, my new chapter in my life is going to focus on healing my traumas, building resilience and self-worth and taking the steps of achieving mood stability. I am praying this year will be better than the last. Last year the SI got really intense, was so close to losing hope and I felt like my heart was breaking into a million pieces like shattered glass. It all still feels overwhelming, I have a long way to go on my healing journey, but I think I'm starting to feel a bit more hopeful about the future.

@Captain24, i ate Vietnamese yesterday, I got spring rolls, they were delicious. They were also very friendly and had good customer service. But not friendly for the wallet. Takeaway has become so expensive. But you gotta treat yourself sometimes. I hope the lamb isn’t too bad tom. I like lamb as long as it’s not too chewy, seasoned well and cooked properly. I’ve been doing evening stuff, like praying, doing some grounding work, relaxing imagery. I’m going to eat some yoghurt soon too. I love yoghurt. Are you watching something on tv?
@Jynx, I actually haven’t seen a movie for a while. I tend to watch more tv shows. But it would be good to sit down and watch a movie, we have Disney plus for a few more days. Could see if there is anything exciting. Have you watched anything recently?

Ooh @creative_writer on Disney Plus I watched a movie recently called 'Strange Planet' - it's a kids film but it's really quite insightful, very colourful and fun to watch as well. Very much recommend!

@Jynx, don’t think I’ve heard of that one. My sister had bookmarked some movies too. Just can’t get too carried away with too many movies though because uni is starting up after the weekend. Crazy how time goes by quickly.

@Jynx, will see what tomorrow bring. So much to catch up on. They give us a lot of prep work before classes, but then it’s masters after all. Didn’t get much done today, but better than doing nothing. ♥️

Re: Piecing the shattered glass together
I feel terrible, emotionally and physically. Feel so faint. I reached out to a helpline, didn’t really help much. I’m not going to be a burden and reach out again. There are way more loveable people out there who are more worthy than me.

Re: Piecing the shattered glass together
@Captain24, not well. I was feeling a bit woozy so spent time in bed, doing a bit better now. Probably my physical health acting up. When physical health isn’t the best MH usually isn’t either.
