Tired right down to my core
just so exhausted mentally and physically
Im always needed, doing something for someone else all the time, and Im just so tired and then in the moments I do get to myself I feel bad for being on my own and having a couple hours to myself doesn’t really fix it anyway it’s deeper than that

I think that when that happens it is really important to focus on filling your cup back up. Is there anything that you can do (self-care wise) that helps you to feel a bit more refuelled when you reach this stage?

My partner and I are getting married on Saturday 🤪 which is super fun just a small thing at our place in the garden
then Sunday, well yeah! We’ll see
my mind is just on counting down to that
