And it’s just those little things and my partner was like oh calm down it’s just a glass and I’m just thinking it’s not just the glass, the glass triggered me to get pissed off because of the 100 other things going on in my head @Paperdaisy
We have started doing similar after the kids go down we have a couple of hours just solo time doing whatever and then 10pm (or sometimes earlier) I’ll like switch off my phone and we’ll watch tv together or something, I just don’t really have a thing, my partner goes to the gym or likes to sew clothes for the boys (amazing, I don’t have a creative bone in my body) in the evening and I just like oh yeah cool time to hang out on my own and do what? sit outside in my hammock on my phone, I think having time to do things where nobody else needs you is important but I don’t have a thing, and also when I’m not doing something I think about all the things that I need to get done
