I have a solid lock on my door. I am planning my getaway as soon as humanly possible. He does not know that I'm aware of his current ice use. He is fairly oblivious from what I can tell. I'm keeping everything to myself. Don't have to worry about my phone being spied on because he is unable to use technology. I am going to make phonecalls tomorrow/today to update services. I might call local police & let them know situation as well. THANKYOU very much for your concern

I understand @Sophia1 I am a rescuer too. I am thankful for all the support & encouragement I am getting on here. At the slightest instinct I feel confident calling police. And yes, they are very manipulative & hide things well. When I say I'm 'safe' - no of course I'm not. I'm taking the best actions & precautions I possibly can.

My favourite sow bowled me over and i think ive cracked a rib or two. She charged me when i got home and then did everything to stand on top of me. Wet drooling snout like soggy squid all over my neck. The big girl usually misses me, but this time shes lost the plot.. followed me around all day long. Don't know how but i might have to take her with me next trip....... nah .. but ill have to think of something.

Got the workers to stay back a bit and help me dye the goats, and yes Maddison, we did a couple of chooks just for you. When i hatched the plan in my head it seemed so simple.

I need to let you know what happened during the early hours of the morning from my end to hopefully clarify.

I wanted to explain about my posts.

I was very frightened for you and tried the cloak and dagger approach.

I have had training in this area and part of that encompasses saying very little.

Avoiding leaving any trail, suggestion of person feeling at risk or planning to leave.

I was using my mobile phone in the dark as was in bed.

Hence did not make sense.

I had also taken a sleeping tablet!

What a recipe for disaster.

I had little sleep also.

Triggered my fear flight amygdala.

I cannot begin to imagine what sort of night you had.

I am hoping that this message does not leave a "ping" waking you up.

I should have not replied but could not stop my automatic go to help mode.

You have let me know that you feel that you have everything under control

I found your words to be sincere and full of hope. There is no need to concern yourself for my sake. I am going very well. You are the one who is important. Thank you @tonys I appreciate your respect. Often did not have words at the tip of my tongue and still prefer the keyboard over speech. I did live a very wordy life for many years and am conscious of brevity, but I loved hearing about your farm too. Take it easy with ribs. From wot I know there is not a lot to help, maybe strapping of some kind. Hope it gets better soon.

@Sophia1 Hugs. I go into rescue mode too, but learning its limits now.

@wordman Good to hear from you too. I try to be respectful of the opening poster as a kind of internet manners. Sometimes it does not matter and the person has ceased using this site. The threads are all over the place, but sometimes it does matter, we can never really be sure of feelings in real life, the lovely Sophia probably noticed your role and drew you in to convo again.

If anyone wants a special NYE, I’ll send a stretch limo to pick you up and take you to the airport where my helicopter will be waiting to fly you to Hayman Island on the Great Barrier Reef. Landing on the snow-white sands of the beach for the new years party, with the delicious sea-food smorgasbord to greet us, to welcome Aulsangsine (new year).

Then to fly back home.
