Hi @maddison not good things aren’t going well. I’m feeling fantastic as I’m formulating some serious hiking plans for next year. I know that I’ll just get lost in it. Im getting benefits right now just by thinking of how I’ll feel.
Have you left any space perhaps where you can sit peacefully and “sit with” how you’re thinking or feeling?
