Hello the lovely @maddison sorry to hear you are going through a tough time at the moment. I was thinking of sending a shout out to you this morning because I had noticed your absence on the forums and just read this post of yours now!
I don't quite know what to say. Its just so hard when you are stuck with harsh and limiting circumstances and they can be all consuming. If I feel immersed in negative emotions I listen to solfeggio frequencies that are specific to my needs to lift myself out of a difficult patch.
More than this just wanted to say you have a special place on these forums and as your friends we want to see you thrive. Feel free to reach out to us. We are always here for you ❤️

Hi Everyone, a quick BIG thankyou. I wanted to be able to tag each of you individually as a little way to say thanks. I'm super fragile & can't do it. your Msgs made me overwhelmed, thankful, surprised & a cpl made me laugh ( in my mind). I'm really tiny tho my heart is healed a fraction. Hope you all get lots of good things, in the same way you gave me!! Thanks heaps everyone.

I don't know you that well but remember you from orher forum conversations. I'm sorry to read you're having a difficult patch, I'm just coming out of one myself. It's really hard to see the light when it's dark but it does appear and it's worth it
