Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Something I was never good at was working with adults. Then all of a sudden, I was in a position where I had to mentor and coach adults... it has really opened my eyes and I have gravitated to working with adults! So bizarre! I always thought I'd never like to mentor/coach adults.

I think it has taught me a lot of interpersonal skills.... and patience!

@Birdofparadise8 hope the training went alright. @tyme I’ve never trained or mentored adults before. I’ve mentored young teen girls before, and that required a lot of patience too. Can’t predict teens. Funnily enough, it just feels like yesterday I was a teen myself, I’m only in my 20s after all, I wonder what it would be like working with a mini me.

Good point there @creative_writer ! To be honest, I don't think I'd like to work with mini me....or adult me in fact! LOL

@tyme I think the 19-20 year old me would be the most annoying to be honest with you. At that age you think you are an adult but behave like an adolescent. But I grew up now.

@Birdofparadise8, yeah, sometimes it takes a while to get the hang of things.
