Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

I am working tomorrow, and getting ready for my partners birthday at night time. It is his birthday on Thursday so I will be wrapping presents and getting everything sorted @Birdofparadise8 I love birthdays (when it's not mine!)

I'm not sure. I've stopped making plans. My life has become so foreign to me that I don't count on anything except disruption and heart ache.

I think this also means I'm not a good a Christian... But that's between God and I.

What about you?

My doctor gave me medical cert for the week...

I don't know if I'll still have work after this, though.. That worries me. But then sometimes I don't care either way. Apathy chimes in a t times and it's a nice break!

@amber22, I had a therapy session today which brought up stuff, my physical health sucks with chronic migraines and my mood has been unstable. It’s the perfect storm.
