Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

I’m beyond exhausted too @Paperdaisy. But I did come off nightshift this morning and I’m mowing the lawn. I just have to be careful that I don’t send myself into a high. I’m sitting in the edge right now not sure which way I’ll fall.

Definitely look into it @Birdofparadise8 even if it’s Telehealth at least it’s some support. It’s all confidential and your employer doesn’t know who has accessed it. I just want to see you start to improve even if it’s a little. I only know too well what it’s like.

It's hard to be honest with the people closest to us @Birdofparadise8 It might be worth contacting our drop in line so you can have a confidential chat with a counsellor. Sometimes it's good to get things off our chest with a stranger. I've found it helpful in the past.

Yeah okay I’ll have another try after dinner I’m making chicken tacos so I’m excited for that.

My mood has already just gotten bad throughout the day and now being home it will just get worse. @Paperdaisy
