Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Hmmm not sure yet @Birdofparadise8 . To be honest the only thing I can think of that I want to do after work is have a cool shower! HATE the humidity. Ick!

@hanami and @Birdofparadise8, my ears are itching like crazy. Got antibiotic and anti inflammatory ear drops today. Maybe that’s why I’ve been having migraine flare ups lately.

@hanami, I hope so too. Physical health affects MH, might explain why I’ve had some rough patches lately.

@Birdofparadise8, the antibiotic is in the ear drops too. It feels icky, I really hate drops.

@hanani and @Birdofparadise8, do you both have plans for the rest of today?

I have a welcome to res and dinner which will be good. I also will probably come back to my room and have a breakdown I feel it coming on.
