Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

I am 19 so probably could be you're in your 30s is that correct?

I just heated up some leftovers from when I went out for dinner with my parents and had some ice cream as it's so hot. Feeling lonely though now just in my room.

Will you be doing anything tonight @creative_writer?

@Birdofparadise8, I’m still in my 20s, I just don’t fall under the youth category anymore. I’m currently living at home with family. My sister is also living at home. I’m probably going to move out once I get married and my parents probably want that to happen before I turn 30.

Ohh, what did the leftovers consist of. Ice cream sounds nice.

Nothing really. I’ll be winding down, and need to try to get up early tom, I really want to study before I go out for lunch. What about you?

Ah okay @Captain24 how are you?

It was nice @creative_writer back in my apartment it’s so hot. Went and got a chopping board and some bits and pieces. I’ve come back and just sat down and started crying and I don’t even know why besides being sad. It’s not about my family leaving it’s just depression stuff I think. Why can I have one week where I’m not sad.

I’m doing okish. @Birdofparadise8 @creative_writer. The anxiety is just below the surface but this prn seems to be holding it there. I’ve at least got some motivation.

@Birdofparadise8 you have to give yourself some time to adjust to living on your own in a new state. When’s ‘o’ week?
