Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

@Birdofparadise8, I’m not sure a “nice day” is the best way to describe it. I was just I guess a bit more productive, but concentration wasn’t amazing. I didn’t absorb much, but better than nothing. I hope the conversation goes well.

had my hair done this morning

what a week

had to get blood tests done and now i have 3 big bruises to show for it

so today i am on my laptop and everything is working

It’s a beautiful day here. It’s 34 degrees so it’s just perfect. I even found enough motivation to mow the lawn. But now I’m extremely exhausted. I was told not to push it

Hello @Shaz51 what is happening to your phone. I love getting my hair done I don’t know how they get it soft I can never get it like it again.

Hi @Shaz51, getting hair done sounds lovely. You definitely deserved to treat yourself. I hope your bruises do settle down.

@Captain24, sounds like you’ve been pretty productive. You deserve to give yourself a bit of a rest, hope you are able recharge your Captain batteries.

@Birdofparadise8, it’s all good. On the plus side, it’s an improvement. I think I’ve sort of been lightheaded, maybe it’s the heat. Maybe the fan that I haven’t turned on will help.

Okay, that's good, then. Sorry, you have a headache that sucks. You seem to get them a lot. May I ask do you drink a lot of water or if you don't? Especially when it is hot, you need to drink more water so you don't become dehydrated. I know for myself I can get lightheaded and get a headache if I don't drink enough water.

@Birdofparadise8, like I might have a faint headache, but it’s been more of a lightheaded feeling I’ve been experiencing. Maybe I didn’t drink enough water yesterday. Today I’ve been keeping up fluid intake. Nothing much this afternoon, had lunch and watched tv, had a Arabic reading class and just lying down right now for a bit. How about you?

Ah okay all good. Sounds like a relaxing day then @creative_writer

I had a chat with my aunt which was both good and confronting at the same time with what we talked about. I am just writing up the selection criteria at the moment.

yes the nurse that did blood test is retired now , she was really good

yes i have always had trouble giving blood ( new interim practicing )

always have to remember to keep hydrated

i visited my mum in hospital this afternoon , she is ok

@Birdofparadise8, I guess not the worst day but not the best either. It just is. Glade the talk with your aunt went well and I hope the selection criteria write up goes well.

@Shaz51, keeping hydrated is so important. Glade your mum is doing okay. It’s strange your phone isn’t letting you post. Is your browse up to date?
