hi @Birdofparadise8
I hear you re not much going on. I have had my world slowely shrink to the point i can go weeks or more without speaking with anyone.
I struggle to leave to go to the supermarket and will run out of food long before i actually go... which makes it even more stressful.
...i read a cartoon once that came to mind when thinking of your, and my situation.
It had a wife at the sink doing dishes and the husband sitting at the table... he asks her if she would like to go for a walk and she states that she is so busy, and tired and somuch to do and no time...
...he puts a hand on her shoulder and says... if you were alone and a boy you liked rang you and asked you to go for a walk... what would you do...
..the last panel of the cartoon has them walking along together holding hands.
I am not sure why that came to mind but maybe it can show (both of us) that little bits of effert, or change can have a ripple effect.
For me it was joing this site a few days, and demanding that a relative take me out of town for a few hours tuesday. That was the first meal i had outside of my 4 walls in well over a year.
Little things matter so maybe there is one thing you can do that may mke a difference...
...take your shoes off and walk barefoot in grass... dig a hole in the dirt with your hands... go and find a leaf or brack that you like and bring it inside to contemplate....
i have a small walking path around my house and i take that walk dozens of times every day.
beats off the internal noise of lonliness... at least for a while :0)
