I've never actually tried the webchat @Birdofparadise8 - I'd like to know how it goes.

I think it is good @tyme not as good as talking on the phone but when you are distressed and other people are around it helps.

Yeah true I guess though with my age I can use KHL so you can speak to the same counselor which is good @creative_writer.

Did tell you that is why I've chosen to speak on the phone to people on the guided service? Because I prefer text, I've chosen to step out of my comfort in order to grow. It's not easy, but it's worth it.
