Thank you feeling pretty crap right now I don’t know what to do anymore.

I've felt a lost and crap before @Birdofparadise8 - it's not a nice feeling and I really understand and empathise with how you are feeling. I really hope you start to feel a bit brighter soon.

Do you have someone you can talk to today about how you are feeling that can be with you? We are more than happy to talk anytime but I was wondering if there is also someone that can be with you in person to today?

Is there something you enjoy doing that typically brings you some joy (even if it's just a little) - I know I like watching funny dog videos on Youtube when I feel down.

Bit of a hard time it’s been so long I just want everything to stop.

I only have my dad around and we don’t talk about MH stuff so I can’t really tell him I am struggling. I would prefer to stay on here it helps a lot especially to keep safe.

I might watch a movie or something I will see what is on @FloatingFeather. I’m not much company tonight sorry.

We are here whenever you need us @Birdofparadise8. We are always here if you want someone to chat with and if you feel a bit quiet that's perfectly okay - whatever works best for you.

I understand what you mean around not being able to talk to your dad about MH stuff - I could never talk to my dad either about MH.

The good thing about the forums is that a lot of people can relate to how you are feeling and are happy to chat about things that may be hard or difficult to talk about with others. I also agree it feels safe on the forums and its a good place to feel supported.

A movie sounds like a good idea - might watch one too later on.

I just want to let you know that I am jumping off now but I believe Tyme is on for the evening. If you don't mind I will check in with you on Monday to see how you are feeling.

He just doesn’t understand and neither does my mum I can only help them so much. I have other people to talk to like on here. It’s much more supportive and helpful.
