Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

I had a really good day today @creative_writer . I was doing some work and a work colleague walked into the room and sat with me. I couldn't help myself but say, "I'm really happy..." I don't know why. I don't work to be 'happy'. I strive towards being satisfied.

So no events have happened... but I just feel well. It also gave me a chance to speak to this colleague because of certain life events she is going through.

Yeah mostly the lovely depression beating me down like usual @tyme just a never ending cycle a love hate relationship.

Yeah she is okay getting by will be in hospital for a least a few months and if things don’t improve she may either need a full time nurse at home or a nursing home. She got a new fracture with was strange and I think they are going to give her an injection that can numb the pain for 8ish hours every time. So at least she won’t be in pain.

@Birdofparadise8, Melbourne is known to have weird weather in the middle of summer.

@tyme, it sounds like a lovely day. I've spent a lot of today not doing much, was really exhausted earlier. I don't feel as worn down and exhausted now, I guess I had been sick for a while and gaining energy and strength takes time.

Same here in Tas four season in one day @creative_writer yeah thank you I hope so too. I’m just sad I won’t be around to see her.
