Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Yeah white sheets would be hard @amber22. Pix can’t jump

on the bed. So I’m lucky with that. I only let her on the bed after I’ve checked her feet!!

Okay great that sounds nice thank you @amber22 I really appreciate being able to chat with you. I just find it nice to talk to people before I spiral so I don’t get into a worse headspace that wouldn’t be safe. I should be okay with safety wise so don’t worry there I just think talking before I get to that point helps me.

Also is there a peer group chat this Thursday I really enjoyed the one I went to the week before last I think it was if I’ve got the dates right.

Sorry I just need to stop rambling on now.

Yes there is a Peer Group Chat this week! There wasn't one last week because of the public holiday but we are returning this Thursday. They are very cute, but very naughty! She is 13 years old and still causing mischief, crazy girl. Her name is Cassie, but I call her Cas 🙂 @Captain24

Aww thank you @amber22 not sure I have a calming energy I’m probably the opposite to that. Tomorrow will be a very different story sorry to say but oh well. Do you finish at 10pm tonight. Must suck though having to start work in the morning tomorrow after a late shift tonight. If you don’t mind me asking if that hard to balance?

@Captain24 your dog is adorable. Don’t find most dog cute except the really small fluffy ones. I am actually scared of most dogs.
