Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

How are you both?

I went for a walk with my aunt and uncle from Vic. When the the market, came home just had a shower and I’m getting ready to go donate blood.

@Birdofparadise8 a morning walk sounds lovely. I hope the donating blood thing goes okay. It’s amazing how many lives can be saved by donors.

Going into a bit of a slippery slope. I’m okay though, I’ll be safe for now.

I was worried a few minutes ago I was self harming which isn’t good but anyway I went a bit deep but it’s all good now.

That's so good to hear you donate blood. I've never done it, but I should start doing it. @Birdofparadise8 .

I think if it was more accessible, I'd do it in a heartbeat.
