Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Dang, sounds like a rough ride. How did you cope with all that stress? Dealing with difficult colleagues and management, on top of inadequate training, must have been incredibly frustrating.

I imagine finding out about the ICU application must've been a curveball. How are you feeling about that? @Birdofparadise8

Yeah, it wasn't very good. I just cried a lot.

Oh well, I probably won't get the job anyway, seeing I haven't got the others. I'm always good at the interview etc, but then someone else has that little edge over me with experience. @lavenderhaze

I'm sorry to hear that it's been a tough road @Birdofparadise8, and it sounds like you've been through a lot of disappointment.

I like to think of it this way - each experience, even if it doesn't end in success, builds resilience and skills for the future. Don't be too hard on yourself.
