Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Thank you. I have worked on an assignment, and I had an appointment with a sleep doctor and will have a sleep study in the hospital on the 13th of May.

I hope work is going well for you. I am going out for dinner at 6pm, so I'll be around after that if you want to talk.

You are not a failure. You are anything but a failure. You have a fantastic family who adore you and you love; you are an intelligent and caring gentleman. You have a great job, which I’m sure you are proud of and take great pride in your work. You have been very supportive of a lot of members around here.
I and others have all seen the growth you have shown in the past few months.
