Yeah it is good she will hopefully be able to go back to the rehab ward soon.

I think is it good i like how I get to have a chat with my peer worker throughout the week via email it’s just nice to be able to vent and stuff in a an email and get it out and get some support back.

I’m feeling pretty good actually, that’s a nice change! I am anxious though as I’m still waiting to hear from work as to whether I can go back or not.

Im going out for lunch today so that should be good. Breaking out of that comfort zone! Other than that just sorting through cupboards now my house is clean.
