Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

It's ok to be feeling flat, it's great you've got to the game. Did you sleep ok? Are you coping on your own?

@I just saw some kids and they are so cute. I was like a mini me would be awesome and then I thought back to school and how people would say they would hate to have two of me around and a little me would be the worst. Like why I just want to enjoy the football ahhh my brain

Yeah I slept alright I woke up a few time about something but I can’t say why.

It's how we respond to our thoughts that matters @Birdofparadise8 try thank you for this thought but I was a kind kid. Not having a good sleep can interrupt our processing mind.

It's good that you are at the footy on your own, it's like you are treating yourself. Try look at the positives about your situation. Today is a good day. What are you grateful for?

@but I said how I feel like I’m in a pool of my own tears I can’t get out and everyone around me is laughing at me. I still feel like that right now.
