Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

@Birdofparadise8, well done for doing well on your presentation 🙂 I’m still a bit sick. Migraines are the worst, I think I’m going to pop on my blue light amber glasses. Light is bothersome right now.

@ENKELI I hope you enjoy your long weekend. I’ll be resting and completing an assignment over the weekend. I don’t do Easter (but lovely to get a break at last, I still need a blessed break and need to take some time to recover physically), we are in the middle of Ramadan, so our Eid will be soon too 🙂
