Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Yes in my building, there are 8 @ArraDreaming

and then next to my room is the next building which has another 8 and then the apartment 2 would have 8 next to them.

@Birdofparadise8 I'm interested in why you'd be prescribed an anti-psychotic as a sleep aid. if it IS the medication I'm thinking of I know it is prescribed as a sleep aid but for me it dampens the desire to SH and act out manically.

The benefit as a sleep aid for me is that I don't wake up feeling groggy like other sleeping pills do.

I hope that crappy music stops soon too. There is nothing worse than music you don't like playing loudly enough to disturb you.

How much more have you got to do on the assignment?

Are your room mates home?

I'm not sure it was like at the end of 2022 and the Pdoc was like take this for your sleep.

I was like okay and it helped. The effect wore off and then I got an actual sleep pill as a PRN.

It's stoped now someone complained I heard a loud nock on a door.

Still a bit to do.
