Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Sorry, I just finished with KHL. It was alright. We talked about emotional rest, peer support and creating a feelings journal. And what happened with RO.

Great, more feelings of rejection.

My two roommates know I like sweet things. They both have just gone to 99 pancakes together and brought it back, but didn't ask if I wanted to join.

Ahh oh well, I'll just need to get over it.

@Birdofparadise8 oh that sucks hun. Will you let them know how it has made you feel to be left out? Can you think of any reason they might not have invited you? Like I saw you had a call with KHL, maybe they didn't want to disturb you?
