Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

My account is paused again. When I went to try and log in, I just started sobbing again.

I'm trying to defend myself with the things they've said. I will reply to their email, but I don't think they will respond.

I don't know, if you realise how much pain I'm in right now. I've been sobbing for the past 30 minutes straight.

I feel like a part of me has been taken.

I know, but it's different there. They are around my age and a few other things, but it doesn't matter. They obviously don't care about me.

I hear you @Birdofparadise8 it is a painful experience. Try to accept the situation, acknowledge your feelings but don't act on them. Instead allow them to pass through you and let them go. Come to terms with the decision and accept it's out of your control. Manage stress by finding strategies to help cope and be kind to yourself. Things will get better, accept it is only temporary.

Acknowledge and identify what has happened. Own your responsibility in this. Make a change and conduct future situations with appropriate behaviour. Keep seeking support @Birdofparadise8
