Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Ooooh, sounds fascinating already @Birdofparadise8 !! My mind went straight to looking at a sweet potato skin under a microscope for some reason 😛 (You can tell I know nothing about chemical digestion lol)

and I fully woke up being like omg I missed my plane and my wife was like what plane? I was awake but still dreaming or something

Oh my, that would have been so scary to have had thought that happened and then for the scare that you missed the plane (as I see this as the part where you may have missed saying goodbye to your loved one).

Have you been in and out of naps today @ArraDreaming ? I can imagine you might be tired not having a proper sleep after that..

Yeah and I wasn’t dreaming it either I’m sure I was awake at one point and convinced I had to find a bag to pack this happened last time I was really sick I thought our baby was giant and walking around the house (she was 5 months old)

We only have an aircon in the kitchen and living area but every time I thought I was falling asleep I just got woken up my wife took the kids to playgroup so I could at least sleep while they were gone for a bit
I actually just want to lay on the cold floor and I have a massive headache
