Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

There is no timeline for moving through the recovery journey and we are all different. You don't know what the future brings, and you do some much for your MH already so in time you with start to see change if you continue to work on yourself @Birdofparadise8. RiverSeal

Oh well that’s good @Birdofparadise8 would if been busy I imagine, we like our local pool it’s outdoor which is even better

our power is out here and we have a baby sitter coming tonight so I hope it comes back on so it does t give them too much trouble

I went to the pool right near me, and it was free because I go to the uni next door to it.
