Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Dad said he would pay for me to go to the pool. I haven't been to the pool or beach since I started self-harming in 2022, which stopped in May 2023. Everything is healed up, and I just worry about what people will think.

Great you can go to the pool @Birdofparadise8! Perhaps this is your moment to overcome your fears of your SH being visible. I don't think people would pay that much attention. I have faced similar feelings with my gender as my body changed from the hormones and nothing ever happened, so I was fine. RiverSeal

@Birdofparadise8 yeah we need more room we have a big yard here but it’s not the same

whenever I go to the beach or pool I really don’t look at anyone else, good opportunity for you to overcome that worry.

Anyway, I hope you go and it’s good! I do have to go though cya mate
