Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

@creative_writer thanks lovely, feeling very flat.

Not good about your neck you poor thing. Do you have neck injury? I have disc degeneration in my C3 & 4 disc and a bulge in my L2 or 3 so I understand neck pain but it's nowhere near as painful as swelling. Thanks for your hugs and loves, and I'm sending some straight back to you.

May you get a good rest tonight and feel a heck of a lot better tomorrow 😍

Yes, I was playing Anti-Hero but it makes me cry for some reason, then I was playing Look What You Made Me Do and now I'm playing Is It Over Now?

I pretend I'm not a fan but let's face it, I have most of her music on my Spotify account, I watched the Reputation Tour and Miss Americana (twice) 😂

New album out April 19, have you pre-ordered?

I have an appointment with the job services agency next week and I really am not wanting to go because they never do anything to help find a job.

I think I'm over having no energy and motivation.

@Eve, a swim sounds relaxing. I was at uni, so just resting up, I gotta go again tomorrow. Things were a bit rough physically and mentally with the nasty bug I got. I’m getting better.

@ENKELI that sounds awful. Sorry to hear about disc degeneration. I have an infection, it’s radiating pain to the base of my skull. The base of my skull is usually sensitive on this side as I get left side migraines

I had two uni classes today, and they went well.

I have a doctor's appointment and a session with my psych tomorrow. Ahh, I hope we don't have to discuss about me being premature.

Yeah I can but have to put it in the nurses office to charge @Birdofparadise8 not allowed that long of a cord in my room.
