Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

How is ECT going @Snowie

Yeah we have a cleaning inspection today so yesterday and this morning I've been running around cleaning.

ECT is going ok @Birdofparadise8 got two more to go as an inpatient and then some as an outpatient. Hopefully home this weekend.

I hope your inspection goes well hon and you get the all clear.

Can I ask why you went in? Do you have depression? You don't have to answer if you don't want to. I don't think we have ever talked about it.

Yeah, well, I've cleaned everything, so I would hope so.

I am happy to answer any of your questions hon. No i dont think we have ever talked about it before. I went in @Birdofparadise8 as my sh and si thoughts were getting hard to manage at home. My pdoc was worried (and i was too) that i wouldn't be able to control my thoughts. I have had ECT in the past a few times and it has helped, so was hoping it helped again.

I do suffer from depression amongst other things. I have work place and childhood trauma also.

That's fair enough. I went in for my SI as well.

Are you feeling any better yet @Snowie?

Ah okay. I'm sorry. Depression is really hard.
