Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Omg they were so useless apparently I’m not Acute enough for support. The lady told me to talk a supplement, go for walks, eat healthy and that’s about it. She told me to connect with pulse a service it hobart. She didn’t even ask me anything about the suicidal thoughts or ask about my plan.

The lady did nothing how am I not acute enough I have a plan and everything do I have to be trying to do it for them to help.

Pulse I think it’s just another MH service for young people with counseling and stuff @Captain24

Just try them @Birdofparadise8. what’s the worst that can happen.. you get the same response? Maybe they will be willing to help.. Tell them you desperately need help.

Yeah maybe I’ll call them Wednesday and see what happens. You would think these services would be helpful because they definitely don’t seem to be. I want to talk to my aunt, but she is going out soon and I’m not sure I’m going to get a chance to. @Captain24 This is just so unbelievable.
